Overview
This concept was originally a section in my first paper, The Economics of AI R&D in Waste Management Applications. After we dug more into the topic, and after some feedback from reviewers, we decided that this concept could be turned into its own paper. It is still in the early stages, as we are trying to get the first paper accepted before moving on to a second.
